There are many concentric rings in damper, which can make the voice coil move up and down freely rather than move horizontally in the magnetic gap, and ensure the voice coil will not collide with washer. The main function of speaker frame is to support the paper cone to connect the other speaker parts stably; its quality directly affects the voice. The function of dust cap is to prevent the dust particles & other small foreign objects to enter into the voice coil, which will influence the speaker's normal operation. And the function of gasket is to fix the edge of cone, which can make the cone move up and down better, and absorb the acoustic wave, which spread by cone.
